Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include your RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
We currently only offer direct exchanges for damaged or defective items. For all other cases, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
